We currently employ over 1500 staff across England, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man and Ireland, providing a comprehensive range of personal, professional and innovative services. The Gallery on the Corner is the first social firm from Autism Ventures Scotland (AVS), part of the Autism Initiatives Group. AVS has been established to create employment opportunities and experiences for people with Autism Spectrum Condition in Scotland. The Gallery on the Corner offers a range of employment opportunities to people with ASC.
We are currently looking to recruit six Gallery Trainees to work at The Gallery on the Corner. Gallery Trainee Minimum Wage, 4 hours per week, 6 month contract Edinburgh, New Town Gallery Trainees will be required to undertake training and work experience in a creative studio and art gallery. They will learn the processes involved in developing commercial arts and craft products as well as developing their communication and customer service skills.
